Condition

Customer statement:

•	Instrument cluster remaining range display implausible. When the high-voltage battery has e.g. a state of charge of 80%, a remaining range of only 200 km is shown.

•	Remaining range displayed is less than half of the expected remaining range.

Workshop findings:

•	The customer complaint can be reproduced.

•	The remaining range displayed is too low.

•	There is a sudden drop in the remaining range displayed.
